Network Overview

With seven Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike, Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled (I/DD) Services, and peer programs, we provide care for 80,000 people in rural, upstate New York.
